The ARIAS Society - SWIFT Project Engineering Recruitment 2026

The ARIAS Society (Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services Society), implementing agency for the Strengthening Weather-based Information and Forecast Dissemination for Thriving Farmers (SWIFT) project, has released a recruitment notification for 6 (six) contractual positions across multiple engineering disciplines. The recruitment is for Project Management Unit (PMU) and District Project Management Units (DPMUs) across Assam.

Eligibility Criteria - FM Executive (1 Post)

Essential Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, accounts, or related areas.
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and accounting software.

Desirable:

• MBA/M.Com or equivalent in Finance/Accounts.
• Experience in World Bank/ADB/DfID funded projects.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and government accounting norms.
• Candidates with experience in GEM (Government e-Marketplace) will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria - Jr. Engineer Civil (5 Posts)

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized polytechnic/institution approved by AICTE.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in civil works supervision.

Desirable:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in rural infrastructure, water supply, irrigation, or road construction projects.
• Familiarity with World Bank project execution norms and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and measurement/estimation software.

• Remuneration will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per project norms.
• The ARIAS Society reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, modify terms, or cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the walk-in interview.
