APSSB CHSLE Final Result 2026 – Final Result (2026)

The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) has declared the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (CHSLE) 2026 final result on 14 October 2026. The final result has been published as a 22-page official PDF that lists 201 candidates provisionally recommended for appointment to various Group 'C' posts. The recommendation has been prepared on a merit-cum-preference basis after the Skill Test (Typing Test) and Document Verification held on 10 and 11 October 2026. The list carries the candidate name, roll number, reservation category, marks obtained, post allotted and department allotted, followed by separate wait lists for several posts and categories.

APSSB Result 2026 – Latest Status

The final result notice is marked provisional. A provisional recommendation does not, by itself, confer any right of appointment on a candidate, and the Board may verify eligibility once again before any formal appointment order is issued. The 22-page PDF is divided into a main recommendation list and a separate wait list section, so candidates should read the whole document rather than only the first few pages.

APSSB CHSLE 2026 – Wait List

The wait list is published separately for each post code and reservation category. APSSB CHSLE 2026 – Selection Process / Next Stage

The CHSLE 2026 selection process did not end with the written examination. Candidates who cleared the written stage were called for a Skill Test (Typing Test) and Document Verification, which were conducted on 10 and 11 October 2026. The final result has now been prepared on a merit-cum-preference basis, which means that a candidate's position on the merit list and the preferences exercised by the candidate together decide the post and the department allotted.

Candidates whose names appear in the main list (serials 1 to 201) have been provisionally recommended for appointment and should now keep all original documents ready for the joining and verification formalities. Candidates placed in the wait list have not been recommended at this stage and may be considered later only if a recommended candidate does not join or if additional vacancies are released. Because the recommendation is provisional, the Board may call for a fresh round of document verification before issuing appointment letters, and any discrepancy found at that stage can affect the recommendation.
