Scale of Pay
Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 1,10,000/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 13,900/- (Pay Band-4) + other allowances as admissible to Assam State Government employees (per month).
Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: Indian Citizen (Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution) and a permanent resident of Assam. Domicile proof: Permanent Resident Certificate for educational purpose / Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any one of the following — M.Sc. in Geophysics / M.Sc. in Applied Geophysics / M.Sc. Tech. in Applied Geophysics / M.Sc. Tech. in Geophysics / M.Tech. in Exploration Geophysics / M.Tech. in Geophysics / Integrated M.Sc.-Ph.D. in Geophysics from a Government-recognized University or Institution.
- Experience: At least 5 (five) years' experience in Geophysical work in the Field and Laboratory.
