Indian citizen & permanent resident of Assam; Full-time Diploma in Engineering (AICTE/Govt recognized, min 3 yrs after HSLC) with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) in the relevant discipline; Age 21–38 years as on 01-01-2026 (relaxations as per rules).
Full-time Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/IT/Instrumentation Engineering (branch as per applied discipline) with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).
