Educational qualification
Bachelor's Degree of any University in India established by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or State Act, or of an institution recognized by the UGC (qualification varies by post). For DSP (Communications) [Post 04] a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Radio Engineering is required. Police posts (03 & 04) carry physical standards (height, chest, vision) as per G.O. Ms.No.137 & G.O. Ms.No.319.
Selection / examination scheme
Selection in two stages: (1) Screening Test - an objective type test in offline (OMR sheet) mode, scheduled on 24/01/2027, and (2) Main Examination - descriptive, for candidates qualified in the screening test. Scheme and syllabus for both are annexed to the notification.
