Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA), Amaravati invites online applications for 04 posts of Assistant Manager-Legal in the Legal Division on contract basis. Notification No. 08/2026.

Contract tenure: One year. Place of work: APCRDA, Amaravati, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. Requirement: Immediate.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputed institution.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience, with working knowledge of Public Administration laws, Land laws including the AP CRDA Act, 2014 and Land Pooling Scheme, Transfer of Property Act, Assignment Rules and Land Acquisition (RFCTLARR Act, 2013), Companies Act, 2013, Indian Contract Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Public Procurement rules, General Finance Rules, Labour laws, Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, Environmental laws and Civil Procedure Code.
- Experience in project/infrastructure development or a development authority is desirable. Candidates must furnish year-wise details of cases handled in the courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, vetting and negotiating contracts, MoUs, agreements, deeds, concession/PPP agreements, EPC and works contracts.
- Assisting in land acquisition under RFCTLARR Act, 2013 (SIA, notifications, hearing of objections, awards, R&R).
- Assisting implementation of the Land Pooling Scheme (allotment of returnable plots, LPOCs, grievance resolution).
- Corporate/company law matters relating to SPVs, subsidiaries and JVs under Companies Act, 2013.
- Tendering and procurement vetting (RfQ/RfP, bid documents, evaluation notes, LoAs).
- Legal research, due diligence, title scrutiny, dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration), litigation support, RERA and statutory compliance, legal MIS maintenance.
