Department of Gastroenterology & Human Nutrition, AIIMS New Delhi (PI: Prof. (Dr.) Vineet Ahuja) — Senior Project Associate, 1 post. Project: autologous organoid co-culture systems (LPMCs/Fibroblasts) for IBD/ulcerative colitis (patient-derived intestinal organoids/colonoids). Duration: 2 years.
Qualification (one of): (i) 4-year Bachelor’s in Natural/Agricultural Sciences / Master’s in Natural/Agricultural Sciences / BVSc / B.Pharma / Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology/Medicine (or equivalent) + 4 years’ R&D experience; OR (ii) Master’s in Engineering/Technology (or equivalent) + 2 years’ R&D experience; OR (iii) Doctoral Degree in Science/Engineering/Technology/Pharma/MD/Master of Surgery (or equivalent) — nil experience. Practical experience in relevant lab competencies (organoid/primary cell culture, FACS, IF/ICC, imaging, RT-qPCR/Western/Multiplex, scRNA-seq sample prep etc.) is an added advantage. Age limit: 40 years. Salary: ₹59,790/month.
