AIIMS Bhopal - Project Research Scientist-II under NCD-India Project

- Date of Interview: 12th October 2026 (cut-off date for eligibility of age, education and experience) at CFM Board Room, Second Floor, Medical College Building, AIIMS Bhopal. Place of work: Bhopal District, MP. Tenure: 1 year (extendable).

Eligibility
- PRS-II (Medical): MBBS/BVSc/BDS with three years' post-qualification experience; OR MBBS/BVSc/BDS + PG degree (MD/MVSc/MDS/MPH) or equivalent incl. integrated PG degrees; OR MBBS/BVSc/BDS with PhD. Experience in NCD-related research and work in disease modelling preferred.
- PRS-II (Non-Medical): Post Graduate Degree incl. integrated PG degrees with three years' post-qualification experience or PhD; OR for Engineering/IT/CS - four-year Graduate degree with three years' post-qualification experience. Experience with R/Python or other languages for web applications/simulations/dashboards preferred.
Selection
- Written test (if applicants for a single post exceed 30): 50 MCQs on NCD Epidemiology, Health Economics, Cost-Effectiveness Analysis, Disease Modelling & Simulation, Biostatistics, Research Methodology, General Aptitude. Qualifying: 40% (UR/OBC/EWS), 35% (SC/ST). Up to top 5 shortlisted for interview; final selection on combined score (or interview only if no written test).
- Interview questions focus on NCD Epidemiology, Health Economics, Cost-Effectiveness Analysis, Disease Modelling/Microsimulation, Biostatistics, Research Methodology and Project Management.
