• On-site (in-person) recruitment exam/interview. Exam date: 06.10.2026 (Tuesday), 10:00 AM onwards; reporting 9:00-10:00 AM at Room No. 16, Dept. of Community & Family Medicine, Second Floor, Medical College Building, AIIMS Bhopal.

Eligibility

• Essential: Three Years Graduate degree in relevant subject/field + three years post-qualification experience OR PG in relevant subject/field; OR for Engineering/IT/CS - Four Years Graduate Degree.
• Desirable: Masters in Public Health (MPH)/relevant degrees in public health/psychology/nursing/physiotherapy etc.; experience in funded field-based research projects related to health systems/health services; prior experience of developing and writing project reports (with documentary proof).

Job Description

• Project management tasks: field implementation, data collection via quantitative and qualitative interviews, conducting/coordinating trainings, organizing meetings, developing health education and training material/resources, data entry/management/analysis, procurement and maintenance of tools/equipment, financial record-keeping, literature review, assisting in report/manuscript writing, and any other task assigned by the PI. Must hold a valid two-wheeler (with gear) driving licence and own/arrange a two-wheeler for project travel.

• Mode of selection: Written test and Interview by a competent selection panel (in person only at the venue). Exam topics: Research Methods, Epidemiology and clinical information on NCDs and mental health, Data Management, Biostatistics, Human Resource, Material & Financial Management, etc.
