AIIMS Bathinda invites applications for four temporary posts under the ICMR-funded research project “Implementation Research to Enhance Screening, Early Diagnosis and Initiation of Treatment for Oral, Breast and Cervical Cancer in Selected Districts of India (GAP0046)” in the Department of Community and Family Medicine - File No. AIIMS/BTI/DEAN-RES/2026/183 dated 05-10-2026. Submit the Google Form by 12-10-2026 at 12 noon and attend the interview on 13-10-2026.

Vacancies

The notice provides a 5% increment on the initial emolument after completion of one year.

Eligibility

• PTS-III, Qualitative Research: graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Clinical Research or B.Sc. Nursing with three years of research experience, or PG in a relevant field; fluent Punjabi and English speaking, reading and writing.
• PTS-III, Statistician/IT: graduate in Statistics/Biostatistics with three years of experience, or a first-class four-year graduate degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science with three years of experience; desirable knowledge of SPSS, STATA, R, MS Office, mixed-method analysis and REDCap.
• PTS-III, Project Manager/Assistant Coordinator: graduate in any stream with three years of experience, PG in a relevant subject/field, or a four-year relevant Engineering/IT/CS degree with three years of experience; Punjabi and English proficiency; desirable project, administrative and accounts experience.
• PTS-I: Class 10 plus diploma, or Class 12 with two years of experience in the relevant subject/field; good Punjabi and English command and willingness to travel for urban/rural field data collection.
• All qualifications must be full-time from a recognized board/university. Experience must have been gained after the minimum qualifying education.
• Age, education and experience are assessed as of the application closing date.

Selection and terms

• Applications are scrutinized by the selection committee; recruitment is through an interview, written examination or both.
• Posts are purely temporary for the sanctioned project duration and may increase or decrease at AIIMS Bathinda's discretion.
• No TA/DA or other allowances are payable for attending the interview.
• Appointment carries no right to permanent AIIMS Bathinda employment or continuation in another project.
• Salary is consolidated and may be delayed or stopped if the project is stalled or postponed.

1. Fill the Google Form and upload the completed prescribed application and self-attested scanned supporting documents by 12 noon on 12-10-2026.
2. On 13-10-2026, report to the Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Medical College, AIIMS Bathinda between 9:00 and 10:30 AM.
3. Bring the filled prescribed form and biodata, proof of birth date, two passport photographs, original educational/experience documents, one self-attested set and any other supporting documents.
4. Include names, designations, telephone numbers and email addresses for two referees or supervisors from the last three years.
