Tenure
Initially 11 months, extendable up to two more tenures based on performance review with 3% increment per extended tenure.

Selection Process
Applications (prescribed format + self-attested certificates + DD) are scrutinised and selection is done on the basis of eligibility and interview/trial as decided by the Centre.
