- Department: Business Development Department

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from a Govt. recognised University.
- Experience: Preferably minimum 5 years relevant experience in a reputed Co-operative/Nationalised/Private Bank/SFB or Financial Institution in a leadership position/business development.
- Age: Preferably below 45 years (relaxation may be allowed for deserving cases).
- Probation: 1 year from date of joining.
Duties & Responsibilities
Managing and leading teams for marketing of products/deposit mobilisation; establishing new HNI connections; strategic tie-ups with real-estate agencies/builders; expanding MSME exposure through industrial estates; monitoring branch/team performance and creating marketing teams/feet-on-street; timely compliance of audit queries and regulatory guidelines; suggestions to Management/Cluster Heads; devising innovative marketing activities; sanctioning credit proposals within delegated powers.
Selection Process
- Selection is based on interview; merely satisfying eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
- The Bank may call only the requisite number of candidates after preliminary screening/shortlisting based on qualification, experience and job requirements.
