- Department: Vigilance Department
- Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
- Qualification: Preferably Bachelor's Degree from a Govt. recognised University.
- Experience: Preferably minimum 5 years relevant experience in the Vigilance Department with a reputed Co-operative/Nationalised/Private Bank or Financial Institution.
- Age: Preferably below 50 years (relaxation may be allowed for deserving cases).
- Probation: 1 year from date of joining.
Duties & Responsibilities
Act as Special Assistant/Advisor to MD/CEO in discharging Vigilance Officer functions; liaison officer between the bank and Police/other law-enforcement authorities; preventive measures against staff misconduct/malpractices; study and modify procedures with corruption/malfeasance scope; review regulatory functions; expedite investigation reports, disciplinary cases and complaints; timely periodic returns to RBI/Head Office; strict compliance of RBI & statutory vigilance guidelines; impart preventive-vigilance training.
Selection Process
- Selection is based on interview; merely satisfying eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
- The Bank may call only the requisite number of candidates after preliminary screening/shortlisting based on qualification, experience and job requirements.
- Selected candidates will be informed via email; the Bank is not responsible for email loss due to an invalid/wrong email ID.
