• Assistant Manager: B.E./B.Tech/MBA(Finance)/CS – Rs. 45,000 + IDA
• Deputy Manager: B.E./B.Tech/MBA/Journalism with experience – Rs. 55,500 + IDA
• Senior Manager: B.E./B.Tech + 1-5 yrs exp – Rs. 76,500 + IDA
• DGM: CS Qualification + 9 yrs exp – Rs. 87,000 + IDA
• AGM: Retired Army Officers (Col+) – Rs. 1,08,000 + IDA
• Consultant: CA with 10 yrs PSU/Govt exp – Rs. 1,29,000 + IDA

Selection Process

CBT (100 marks) → Interview (50 marks, 15% weightage) for Jr/Asst/Deputy Manager. Senior roles: Presentation + Experience + Interview.
