Railway RRB Admit Card Download Guide: E-Call Letter, City Slip & rrbapply Login

Every Railway Recruitment Board admit card – called the e-call letter – downloads only through candidate login. Nothing arrives by post. Two links matter for every RRB exam: the exam city & date slip (~10 days before your exam, with SC/ST travel authority) and the e-call letter (~4 days before your exam).

How to Download

1. Open rrbapply.gov.in or your regional RRB website.
2. Open the exam-city / e-call-letter link for your CEN.
3. Log in with registration number and date of birth/password.
4. Check city/date first; download the e-call letter once live for your date.
5. Print clearly; SC/ST candidates confirm travel authority if opted.

Aadhaar & ID Rules

• Complete Aadhaar authentication on the portal beforehand and keep Aadhaar unlocked.
• Aadhaar-linked biometric verification happens at the centre.
• Carry the e-call printout plus an original photo ID; centre/date/shift are final.

Which RRB Website Do I Use?

• Use the RRB you applied to (21 zones, e.g. Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Secunderabad) – other zones will not have your record.

• Save your registration number at application time – recovery later is slow.

After Downloading (All RRB Exams)

• Verify photograph, signature, scribe status (if opted) and free-travel authority (SC/ST where opted).
• Read the self-declaration/undertaking paragraph – some RRBs require a handwritten copy at the centre.
