The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has released the Online Preliminary Exam Call Letter for CRP-CSA-XVI (Customer Service Associate / Clerk) on 01 Oct 2026. Preliminary exams are on 10 and 11 Oct 2026; the Main exam follows on 27 Dec 2026.

How to Download

  1. Open ibps.in and go to the Clerical Cadre-XVI page.
  2. Open the preliminary call-letter download link.
  3. Enter registration number/roll number and date of birth/password.
  4. Download and print; check date, shift, venue and instructions.
  5. Carry the printout with an original photo ID to the lab.

Prelims Pattern (What to Expect)
