Category-wise SSC CPO Cut Off
SSC declares the category-wise cut-off marks along with the Paper I result notice. The cut-off is the minimum normalised score a candidate must secure to be eligible for the PET/PST stage. Selection Process and Next Stages After CPO Result
The SSC CPO selection is completed in the following stages:
- Paper I CBT: 200 objective questions of 1 mark each covering General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension. Conducted in multiple shifts; scores are normalised. This stage decides eligibility for PET/PST.
- PET/PST (Qualifying): Male candidates run 100 metres in about 17 seconds and 1.6 km in about 6.5 minutes (with long jump and high jump parameters); female candidates run 100 metres in about 18 seconds and 800 metres in about 4 minutes (with long jump and high jump).
