Important Instructions for Selected Candidates
- The candidature of all selected candidates is purely provisional and subject to verification of original certificates (essential qualification, NMC/State Medical Council registration, MBBS/PG degree, experience, age, reservation category, NOC etc.).
- Appointments are purely on contractual basis; selected candidates shall have no claim for regular appointment or regularization of service in ESIC.
- The initial tenure for Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Senior Resident (03 Years) is one year, extendable up to a maximum of three years subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirement. The tenure for Senior Resident (01 Year) and Medical Officer (DCBO) is one year only and is not extendable.
- Appointment is subject to candidates being found medically fit.
- Candidates already employed must produce a Relieving Order from their employer at the time of joining.
- Selected candidates must join within seven (07) days from the date of issue of the Offer of Appointment, failing which the offer may be cancelled.
- Before joining, selected candidates shall execute an Agreement of Terms & Conditions on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 500/-.
- At the time of joining, selected candidates shall deposit a Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000/- through Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No. 1", payable at Pune.
- The Offer of Appointment will be communicated through the e-mail address provided by candidates at the time of interview.
