Important Instructions for Selected Candidates
- The candidature of all selected candidates is purely provisional and subject to verification of original certificates (essential qualification, NMC/State Medical Council registration, MBBS/PG degree, experience, age, reservation category SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD, NOC etc.). Candidates with incomplete or ambiguous documents will not be allowed to join.
- Appointments are purely on a contractual basis; selected candidates shall have no claim for regular appointment or regularization of service in ESIC or the Hospital/Medical College.
- The initial tenure for these posts shall be one year, extendable up to a maximum of three years subject to satisfactory performance, institutional requirement and approval of the Competent Authority.
- Appointment is subject to candidates being found medically fit.
- Candidates already employed must produce a Relieving Order from their employer at the time of joining, failing which their candidature may be cancelled.
- Candidates claiming reservation shall produce valid and up-to-date certificates in the prescribed format of the Government of India.
- Selected candidates shall join within seven (07) days from the date of issue of the Offer of Appointment, failing which the offer may be cancelled.
- Before joining, selected candidates shall execute an Agreement of Terms & Conditions on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of ₹500/-.
- A Security Deposit of ₹20,000/- (₹10,000/- for candidates selected for 39 days) shall be deposited through a Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “ESI Fund A/c No. 1”, payable at Pune.
- The Offer of Appointment will be communicated through the e-mail address provided by candidates at the time of interview.
