Eligibility criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution; and
• PGDCA / Diploma in Computer Application (01 year duration)
• Upper age limit – 35 years on the 1st date of the month of publication of this advertisement matter (i.e. as on 01.10.2026)

Walk-in interview

• Date and time – 31.10.2026 at 10:30 AM
• Venue – Conference Hall, Collectorate, Jajpur
• Candidates are to register their names for the walk-in interview on 31.10.2026 between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM at the interview venue site, failing which they shall not be allowed and their candidature shall not be considered.

How to apply

• Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can visit the district website www.jajpur.odisha.gov.in to download the application form.
• Candidates are required to attend the walk-in interview with a completely filled application form and all original testimonials with a set of self-attested photocopies of all educational/qualification documents, identity proof and two recent colour passport size photographs.
• Incomplete application in any form shall be rejected.
• If the marks obtained are in the form of CGPA/OGPA/DGPA/GPA/CPI etc., a certificate for conversion as applicable to percentage of marks shall be submitted at the time of submission of the application form. Certification towards AICTE/UGC recognition of institutions/universities shall also be submitted wherever applicable, without which the application shall not be considered and shall be rejected.
• Over-aged, under-qualified and candidates short of the requisite percentage of marks in the prescribed educational qualification shall be rejected.
• Candidates who are already engaged/working have to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer (appointing authority) at the time of submission of application. NOC issued by any other authority shall not be accepted. The NOC must be specific to the post applied for and must be issued subsequent to the issue of the advertisement.
• Candidates who have been disengaged earlier from the OSH&FW Society on administrative grounds such as disobedience, poor performance, misbehaviour, criminal activity etc. are not eligible to apply.

Selection

• Walk-in interview at district level.
• If two or more candidates secure equal marks, the merit list shall be made on the basis of date of birth as per the 10th certificate, i.e. the elder candidate shall be given first preference.
• The total marks shall be up to 03 (three) digits format, for example 45.567%.
• The panel merit list shall be valid for one year from the date of its approval, to fill up future vacancies, if any.

Other conditions

• The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position.
• No TA/DA is permissible/allowed to attend the interview.
• The undersigned is not responsible for any public transport and postal delay.
• The undersigned reserves the right to cancel/postpone the interview without assigning any reason therefor.
