Young India Skills University (YISU), Hyderabad, established under the Young India Skills University, Telangana (Public-Private Partnership) Act 2024, invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for engagement to the post of Outreach Associate on a purely contractual basis for one year, extendable based on performance and institutional requirements. Advertisement No. YISU/Esst/CA(NT)/2025/20 dated 24.10.2026.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with excellent communication skills.
- Qualifications in Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields are preferred.
- Experience in educational counselling, admissions, tele-calling or outreach is an added advantage.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Telugu; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Telephone enquiry handling and student/parent counselling.
- Knowledge of university programmes and admission procedures.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, e-mail, social media and digital communication tools.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented approach with initiative in promoting programmes and generating admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to enquiries regarding all ongoing and upcoming university programmes.
- Provide accurate information on programme eligibility, duration, fees and admission procedures.
- Coordinate outreach activities with schools, colleges, gated communities, corporate organisations and industry partners.
- Generate prospective student enquiries through telephone calls, digital platforms and outreach activities.
- Maintain enquiry databases and ensure systematic follow-up with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with academic departments, admissions and administration to address programme-related queries.
