Core Qualifications: Educational background and experience must strictly align with standard AICTE requirements for management faculty.
Academic Excellence: Candidates holding a Ph.D. in their respective domains will be given strong preference.
Experience: Applicants must demonstrate substantial teaching experience at the Post-Graduate level. Alternatively, candidates with significant, relevant corporate/industry leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
Research Capabilities: A strong track record of recent publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals (specifically Scopus or ABDC-listed) will be considered a major added advantage.
Salary, benefits, and allowances will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience, strictly adhering to AICTE/UGC norms.
Remuneration will not be a constraint for highly deserving and exceptionally qualified candidates.
