The Women and Child Development Department (WCD), Yadgir District, Karnataka has released an official notification (Advt No. UDIYA/MARKALA/RAJOL/SARK/2026-27) for engagement of District Project Assistant and Block Co-ordinators on a contractual/honorarium basis under the National POSHAN Abhiyaan (Poshan 2.0) scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

• District Project Assistant: Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Social Sciences / Nutrition (or equivalent) with minimum 2 years of work experience; good computer skills; knowledge of Kannada and English.
• Block Co-ordinator: Graduate Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in technology and software application support; good computer skills; knowledge of Kannada and English.
• Age Limit: 21 to 45 years (as per notification).
