- Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Post-wise experience of 6 to 10 or more years in transmission lines of 220 kV and above, sub-station civil works, distribution network design, solar/renewable projects, procurement, environment, social and HSE functions, as applicable.
- Maximum age limit 67 years; age and experience are counted as on 01.10.2026.
- Candidates working in Government departments, PSUs or autonomous bodies must produce a no-objection or relieving certificate at the time of joining.
- Number of posts is variable and will be decided as per the requirement of the company's projects.
