• Notification: No. 1994/VIMSAR dated 20.07.2026, Office of the Superintendent, VSS Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR), Burla, Sambalpur - Advertisement for engagement of Office Assistant on contractual basis under NHM for State Midwifery Training Institute (College of Nursing, VIMSAR, Burla).
• Post: Office Assistant (Contractual) - 01 Post.
• Qualification: The candidate must have passed Graduation with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. The candidate must also have passed PGDCA / DCA / MCA / BCA / Odisha State Certificate in Information Technology (OS-CIT) course of Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited or any equivalent course from a recognized Institute.
• Experience: The candidate must have 1 year of post-qualification experience in Health/social sector.
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 Years; Upper age limit up to 40 Years.
• Remuneration: Rs. 22,333/- per month.
• Selection Procedure: Mark assessment (Graduation) - 40 marks; Computer test - 40 marks; Viva-voce - 20 marks. A list of eligible candidates shall be prepared on the basis of marks secured in Graduation. From amongst the said list, 10 times of the number of vacancies from the top shall be called for Viva-voce Test & Computer Test. The final merit list shall be prepared by adding the marks secured in Mark Assessment, Viva-voce Test & Computer Test. Candidates securing 50% and more marks in the Final Panel Merit list shall be kept in the Panel with validity of 01 year.
• Age Relaxation (OSH&FW Society employees): 1 year for each completed contractual term (11 months each) of service in the Society up to a maximum of 10 years, subject to an upper age ceiling of 55 years. Grace marks @ 01% of total marks for each completed term of service up to a maximum of 10%, to be added to the total marks.
• Note: The post is purely temporary and will be disengaged due to closure of the Scheme or any order received from higher authority. No claim for regularization of service will be entertained.
