Eligibility
- Essential: Master''s Degree in Psychology/Counselling Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Applied Psychology/Mental Health Counselling or equivalent from recognised University; OR Recognised PG Diploma in Counselling/Mental Health/Guidance & Counselling with relevant professional experience.
- Desirable: Relevant certification/training in counselling/mental health; good communication/interpersonal/listening skills; ability to handle concerns sensitively; knowledge of well-being/stress/crisis identification.
- Experience: Preferably minimum 02 years in counselling, mental health services, student counselling, employee assistance or similar in professional colleges/educational institutions/government/corporate/reputed organisations.
- Age: Not exceeding 55 years.
Duties
Individual/confidential counselling to students/trainees/faculty/staff; early identification, guidance, referral for psychiatric/medical intervention; enter into formal consultancy agreement; Institute may alter visits/timings/scope as required.
