Selection Process

Selection is merit-based on a 100-point weightage scale. No written examination.

How to Apply

1. Download the prescribed application form from gajapati.odisha.gov.in.
2. Fill the form in BLOCK letters with all personal, educational, and employment details.
3. Affix a recent self-attested passport-size color photograph (3.5 × 4.5 cm).
4. Attach all required self-attested documents (educational certificates, experience, character certificate, Odia language pass proof, photograph).
5. Scan the completed application and all documents.

• Proof of having passed 7th Class in Odia language
• CGPA to percentage equivalent certificate (if applicable)
