Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released Advertisement No. 12-Exam/2026 for recruitment of Forest Guard (Van Rakshak) and Wildlife Guard (Vanya Jeev Rakshak) under the UP Forest Department.

Total Vacancies: 708

Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) from Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, UP or equivalent recognized board. Must possess valid UPSSSC PET-2025 Score Card.

Physical Standards:
- Male (UR/OBC/SC): Height 168 cm, Chest 84 cm
- Male (ST): Height 160 cm, Chest 82 cm
- Female (UR/OBC/SC): Height 152 cm
- Female (ST): Height 147 cm

Age Limit: 18 to 40 years. Age relaxation as per UP Government rules.

Pay Scale: Level-2 (Rs.19,900 - Rs.63,200)

Application Fee: Rs.25/- for all categories.

Selection Process: Shortlisting (PET-2025) → Main Written Exam → PMT/PST → Document Verification
