- Specialists: PG degree in speciality (MS/MD/DNB Anatomy; MD General Medicine) + 3 yrs teaching (SR/Tutor/Demonstrator/Registrar/AP/Lecturer); DM/MCh counted per rules
- Assistant Editor: Bachelors in Journalism/Mass Comm (or degree with Economics/Statistics/English) + 3 yrs editing/publishing (PG in subject desirable)
- Spl Gr-II NDMC: PG MD Anaesthesiology / MD Paediatrics + experience per CHS rules
- APP: law degree + Bar enrolment/practice per GNCTD rules
- Ladakh Law Officers: professional/integrated LLB
- PwBD age relaxation up to 10 yrs (max 56); qualifications relaxable at Commission discretion
