Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree from a university established by law in India or an equivalent qualification.
- Hindi typing speed of minimum 25 words per minute on computer (for RO/ARO posts).
- 'O' Level certificate in Computer Application / CCC as prescribed for specific posts (e.g. Account posts).
- Age 21 to 40 years as on 01-07-2026 (born not earlier than 02-07-1986 and not later than 01-07-2005).
- Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/OBC of U.P.; 15 years for PwD; ex-servicemen as per rules.
- Candidates must complete One Time Registration (O.T.R.) at otr.pariksha.nic.in before applying.

- Open https://uppsc.up.nic.in and click 'Apply' against Advt A-4/E-1/2026.
