Eligibility
- Indian citizen.
- Age between 35 and 55 years as on 1 July 2025, inclusive of all relaxations.
- Must be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and hold a degree in Law from a recognised university.
- Minimum 10 years of independent work experience as a Company Secretary in a listed company; experience as a proprietor/partner is not counted.
- A Cost Accountant qualification is an added advantage.
