Essential Qualifications
- Computer Programmer: B.Sc. with training in Computer Programming & Operation + min 3 years experience (incl. 1 year in a scientific institution).
- Junior Assistant: Intermediate (12th) with DOEACC Society (CCC) / equivalent computer certificate + Hindi/English typing 25/30 wpm.
- Computer Operator: Graduate with training in Computer Operation & Programming.
- EPABX Operator: Graduate with training in EPABX and Post & Telegraph Dept. training.
- Accountant: B.Com with Accountancy + 2 years experience in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous/PSU.
- Private Secretary to DG: Bachelor degree (any subject) + Hindi & English shorthand, typing 25/30 wpm.
- Stenographer: Intermediate (12th) with Hindi shorthand 80 wpm and typing 25 wpm + CCC/computer course.
- Accounts Clerk: Graduate in Commerce with knowledge of computer applications and accounting.
Age Limit
21 to 40 years as on 17.09.2026 (born not before 17.09.1986 and not after 17.09.2005 for UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS). No upper age limit for regular Officers/Staff already working in the Institute.
Application Fee
Payable online (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) - examination fee + processing fee as per category. Category-wise amounts, concessions and exemptions are given in the official advertisement. Fees once paid are non-refundable; convenience fee/GST extra.
Selection Process
Tier-I: OMR-based written test (Objective MCQs; medium English & Hindi; negative marking of 1/4). Tier-II: Trade/Skill/Computer Proficiency Test (qualifying in nature, where applicable). Merit based on Tier-I scores. Exam centres only in Uttar Pradesh. Admit card downloadable one week before the test.
