UP Rural Livelihood Mission, Siddharthnagar – Lekhakar & M.A.I.S. Sahayak (Model Cluster Level)

Office of the Upayukt (Swayam Rojgar), Siddharthnagar, District Unit of the Uttar Pradesh Rajya Gramin Aajivika Mission (UP Rural Livelihood Mission), invites applications for 10 Lekhakar and 10 M.A.I.S. Sahayak posts at Model Cluster Level under the Model C.L.F. recruitment 2026-27. Patrank 545, dated 24 October 2026.

Eligibility is restricted: the Lekhakar post is open only to serving members of a Mahila Samooh (women's self-help group) of the UP Rajya Gramin Aajivika Mission at cluster level who are also members of the Village Organisation and the Cluster Level Federation. The M.A.I.S. Sahayak post is open only to women, with priority to members of the Mission's women's groups.

Important Dates

Lekhakar (Accountant) – 10 posts

1. Must compulsorily be a member of a Mahila Samooh of the UP Rajya Gramin Aajivika Mission at cluster level.
2. Must compulsorily be a member of the Village Organisation and the Cluster Level Federation.
3. Age 21 to 45 years.
4. Must not be a defaulter of their own group or of any bank.
5. At least 12th class pass, able to read and write Hindi, and good knowledge of arithmetic.
6. Must possess a smartphone / android phone and be able to work on it.
7. Willing to travel to banks, other villages, and to attend meetings and field visits of the Samooh / Village Organisation / Cluster Federation; willing to travel within and outside the State for exposure visits and training.
8. Minimum 3 years' experience of writing the books of the Samooh, Village Organisation and Cluster Level Federation.
9. Candidates with more than one year of experience will be selected as Cluster Level Book Keeper.
10. Under no circumstances will a Cluster Level Federation Lekhakar be permitted to work in their own home Cluster Level Federation.

M.A.I.S. Sahayak – 10 posts

1. Must be a woman. Priority will be given to members of the women's groups of the UP Rajya Gramin Aajivika Mission.
2. At least 12th class pass, able to read and write Hindi, and good knowledge of arithmetic.
3. Age 21 to 45 years.
4. Experience of more than 30 days at resource block and other places under the Mahila Samooh, Village Organisation and Cluster Level Federation in financial management, book/record keeping and training.
5. Must not be a defaulter of their group or of any bank.
6. Must possess a smartphone / android phone and be able to work on it.
7. Willing to travel to villages connected with the Cluster Level Federation and to attend meetings and field visits; willing to travel within and outside the State for exposure visits and training.
8. Must hold a certificate of at least a 6-month computer/software course from an institution registered with the Government of India or the State Government.
9. Must have the skill to operate a micro soft office and prepare computerised reports.
10. Under no circumstances will a Cluster Level Federation M.A.I.S. Sahayak be permitted to work in their home Cluster Level Federation.
