The project aims to support evidence-based medical school selection and curriculum development while contributing to efforts to address workforce shortages and improve healthcare access in rural and underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and analyse large datasets using R
Conduct statistical, predictive and machine-learning analyses
Contribute to research publications, reports and presentations
Support project coordination, governance and reporting
Prepare data and research insights for accreditation and strategic planning
Collaborate with researchers and participating institutions
