Key Responsibilities

The selected faculty member will contribute to:

• Undergraduate and graduate teaching.

• Scholarly research and publication.

• Academic and institutional service.

• Supervision of graduate students, theses and research papers.

• Development of the English Common Law programme.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

• An undergraduate degree in Common Law or an equivalent qualification.

• A PhD in Law or a related discipline, including candidates nearing completion; alternatively, an LLM may be considered.

• An excellent academic record.

• Strong experience in research and publication.

• Evidence of eligibility for external research funding or scholarships.

• Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

The university offers a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience:

• Assistant Professor: CAD 99,377–137,444

• Associate Professor: CAD 109,776–190,630
