Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in journalism.

• Contribute to departmental service and public engagement.

• Participate in the College of Media's interdisciplinary doctoral program through the Institute of Communications Research (ICR).

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have:

• A Ph.D. in Journalism, Communication, Sociology, Information Sciences, or a closely related field by 16 August 2027.

• A strong record or demonstrated potential for scholarly research and teaching.

• Professional journalism experience is desirable but not mandatory.
