Childhood
Adolescence
Adulthood
Relevant intervention settings may include:

Schools and after-school programmes

Healthcare settings
Community organisations
The university is particularly interested in applicants whose work contributes to one or more of the following areas:
Translating emerging research into effective interventions and services
Preventing negative developmental or social outcomes
Evaluating programmes that promote individual, family and community well-being
Studying how interventions operate across different contexts and communities
Developing programmes for at-risk and vulnerable populations
Designing and evaluating community-based interventions
Advancing methodological approaches for programme assessment
The selected faculty member will be expected to:
Develop an independent and externally recognised research programme
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses
Mentor and supervise students
Publish high-quality research
Seek external research funding
Participate in community outreach and engagement
Contribute to university and departmental service
Support the mission of the California Agricultural Experiment Station
The position includes an appointment in the California Agricultural Experiment Station.
