The University College of Medical Sciences, Dilshad Garden, Delhi invites online applications from eligible candidates for appointment to the following non-teaching posts on deputation basis, initially for a period of one year (extendable up to 5 years) or till the post is filled on regular basis, whichever is earlier. Total 21 posts.

Closing date for online applications: 04.11.2026, or 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News, whichever is later.

Last date for receipt of hard copy of the complete application (through proper channel): 10 days from the closing date of the online application form.

Post-wise Details

Eligibility (deputation)

1. Internal Audit Officer (Level 12): Drawing officers preferably belonging to Audit and Accounts Services or other similar organised Accounts Services in Central or State Government, holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR with three years of regular service in Pay Level 11 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts or Finance in any Government Department or Autonomous Body; OR with six years of regular service in Pay Level 10 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts or Finance in any Government Department or Autonomous Body.
2. Assistant Registrar (Level 10): Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with five years of regular service in Pay Level 7 or Pay Level 8 in Central or State Government, Universities and other Autonomous Organizations.
3. Section Officer (Level 7): (i) Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised Institute or University. (ii) Officers holding analogous post on regular basis, or with three years of regular service as Senior Assistant or Legal Assistant in Pay Level 6 or equivalent in any Central or State Government, University, PSU or other Central or State Autonomous Institution. (iii) Proficiency in computer operations, noting and drafting.
4. Professional Assistant (Level 6): (i) Employees of Central or State Government, Autonomous or Statutory Organization, PSU, University or recognised research institutions: (a) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (b) with three years' service as Semi-professional Assistant in Pay Level 5 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. (ii) Knowledge of computer applications.
5. Senior Assistant (Level 6): (i) Candidates holding analogous post on regular basis, or amongst Assistants, Hindi Assistants, Assistant Archivist or other incumbents of ex-cadre posts working in Pay Level 5 or Pay Level 4 with a minimum period of three years of regular service in the cadre. (ii) Proficiency in computer operations, noting and drafting.
6. Assistant (Level 4): (i) Candidates holding analogous post on regular basis, or amongst Junior Assistants or Hindi Typists working in the pay scale of Pay Level 2 with a minimum period of three years of regular service in the cadre. (ii) Proficiency in computer operations, noting and drafting.

Important Conditions

• All applicants must be serving on regular basis in Central or State Government, Universities, Public Sector Undertakings or autonomous government organizations.
• Maximum age limit is 56 years as on the closing date.
• Age, qualification and experience shall be determined as on the closing date of the advertisement.
