- Proficiency in drafting technical documents, preparing Notice Inviting Tenders (NITs) and organising standard bid documents.
- Excellent organisational, administrative, drafting and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of General Financial Rules (GFR) 2017, GeM (Government e-Marketplace) guidelines and online e-Tendering platforms.
- Essential experience: end-to-end e-procurement through the GeM portal and e-tendering platforms; preparing comparative statements, bid tables and evaluation reports for Technical Evaluation and Purchase Committees; coordinating stock verification, asset tagging and discharge with the Stores section.
