Walk-in Details
- Time: between 09.30 am and 11.00 am on the respective date.
- Venue: H.R.D. Dept, 3rd floor, New Building, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Sangrur, Punjab.
- Candidates are required to carry their bio-data, a recent passport-size photograph, PAN card, Aadhaar card, and educational and experience certificates in original plus one set of self-attested copies.
- Candidates will not be entertained at the venue before or after the scheduled date and time.

- Resume and 2 recent passport-size photographs (mandatory).
- Date of birth proof: birth certificate / school leaving certificate / 10th passing certificate.
- Educational qualification: mark sheet and passing certificate for final examinations.

Selection Process
- An MCQ test will be conducted to assess knowledge of current affairs, general knowledge, English, aptitude and reasoning, mathematics, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the skill test accordingly.
- Only candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for the skill test, subject to fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria. Merely qualifying in the written test does not entitle a candidate to claim the skill test or selection.
General Conditions
- Age and experience will be reckoned as on the date of the walk-in interview.
- Age relaxation for the upper age limit is available to persons belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) as per Government of India instructions.
- The post is initially for a fixed tenure of one year from the date of joining and may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirement.
