Walk-in Details
- Time: between 09.30 am and 11.00 am on the respective date.
- Venue: H.R.D. Dept, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, New Chandigarh, Medicity, Mohali, Punjab – 140901.
- Candidates are required to carry their bio-data, a recent passport-size photograph, PAN card, Aadhaar card, and educational and experience certificates in original plus one set of self-attested copies.
- Candidates will not be entertained at the venue before or after the scheduled date and time.
Documents to be Submitted
- Resume and 2 recent passport-size photographs (mandatory).
- Date of birth proof: birth certificate / school leaving certificate / 10th passing certificate.
- Educational qualification: mark sheet and passing certificate for final examinations.
- Experience certificate — for past employment, a certificate indicating date of joining and relieving; for current employment, appointment letter and last pay slip.
- Copy of PAN card and Aadhaar card.
General Conditions
- Age and experience will be reckoned as on the date of the walk-in interview.
- Age relaxation for the upper age limit is available to persons belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) as per Government of India instructions.
- The post is initially for a fixed tenure of one year from the date of joining and may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirement.
