Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow up of court cases/DRT cases and guiding branches
- Liaison with panel advocates and monitoring their performance
- Attending customer complaints in various forums
- Assisting authorized officer in SARFAESI Act proceedings
- Verifying draft plaints, scrutiny and vetting of contracts
- Preparation of legal notices and documents
- Providing legal assistance in bank frauds and related issues
