Job Description
- Manage operational activities for the assigned sectors all over India.
- On-boarding of prospective Vocational Training Provider (VTP)/Knowledge Partner for skill training and handholding them.
- Academic facilitation: creation of courses on ERP; creation of batches; empanelment of skill instructors; class scheduling and monitoring; timely payment of fees from students; invoice processing; overseeing examinations.
- Addressing concerns of students and other stakeholders; ERP data monitoring; monitoring visits to VTP/IPST locations.
- Monthly MIS and other reports to Senior Managers; feedback reviews; monitoring VTP performance; troubleshooting programme challenges.
- Oversee admissions and counsel students; work in collaboration with teams across departments.
