BRIC-THSTI invites walk-in applications for project positions at the Clinical Development Services Agency (CDSA) centre. CDSA is a niche centre established to facilitate development of affordable healthcare products for public health diseases – the only public centre in India with this mandate.

1. Senior Project Associate
Project: INDIGO – Effective and Affordable Flu Vaccine for the World
- Qualification: B.Tech / MSc / MTech degree or two years PG Diploma in Clinical Research / Clinical Research Management / Regulatory Affairs / Life Sciences from recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in clinical trial coordination, regulatory & site start-up support, trial master file oversight, meeting coordination, data & site management, cross-functional support
- Skills Required: Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, experience with eTMF/CTMS, excellent communication and organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, attention to detail
Key Responsibilities (Senior Project Associate)
- Clinical Trial Support & Documentation – coordinate distribution/reconciliation of clinical supplies, laboratory kits, investigational products
- Regulatory & Site Start-up Support – support CRAs in collection/review of regulatory documents for ethics committee and regulatory authority submissions
- Trial Master File (TMF) Oversight – lead TMF setup, periodic QC checks, audit-readiness
- Meeting Coordination & Communication – schedule and document clinical team meetings
- Data & Site Management – support CRAs with clinical dataflow, CRF tracking, query resolution
- Cross-functional & Operational Support – budget tracking, invoice verification
- Quality & Compliance – ICH-GCP adherence, SOP compliance, audit support
2. Quality Manager
Project: Improving maternal and neonatal outcomes using imaging data science
- Qualification: Post Graduate Degree including integrated PG degrees
- Desirable: Experience in quality management systems, clinical research quality assurance
