- Post Graduate: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Town and Country Planning from a recognized University in India, OR Fellowship/Associateship of the Institute of Town Planners of India, OR equivalent membership of a professional Institute of Planner recognized by UGC. +
- Distance Education degrees must be recognized by UGC/AICTE/Distance Education Bureau. +
