Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU), S.V. Agricultural College, Tirupati invites walk-in interviews for engagement of Teaching Associate (1 post) in the Department of Genetics & Plant Breeding on purely temporary and contractual basis for a period of 11 months.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Essential: Ph.D. in Genetics & Plant Breeding OR M.Sc in relevant subject OR 4/5-year Bachelor's Degree with first division.
• Experience: At least 3 years of teaching/research experience (evidenced by Fellowship/Associateship/Training).
• Publication: At least one research paper in SCI / NAAS-rated journal (> 4.0).
• NET: Candidates with PG in Basic Sciences (3+2 pattern) must have NET qualification.
• Age Limit: 40 years for Men, 45 years for Women as on closing date.

Terms of Engagement

• Tenure: 11 months from date of joining / filling of regular post, whichever is earlier.
• Purely temporary and contractual — no claim for regular appointment.
• Contractual engagements can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.
• One-month notice for resignation; one-month salary in lieu of notice.
• No TA/DA for interview appearance. Medical examination at own expense.
