Educational Qualification:
Age Limit: 21 to 42 years as on 1 January 2026 (born between 1 January 1984 and 1 January 2005). Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women/Ex-Servicemen.
Other Conditions:
Level-4, Cell-1 of the Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017. Benefits include Contributory Pension Scheme as per Odisha Civil Service (Pension) Amendment Rules, 2005.
