Reporting To: Department Chair
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the department through academic and administrative activities, including:
Preparing course outlines, pre-reads, presentations, and teaching material
Researching cases and articles for course development
Coordinating with faculty and programme offices
Uploading course content and reading material on the LMS
Supporting assessment creation, evaluation, and grading
Handling student queries related to assignments, exams, and coursework
Assisting with revaluation requests and examination-related processes
Attending academic sessions and workshops
Supporting departmental events, conferences, meetings, and accreditation work
Scheduling online sessions and coordinating with faculty and students
Educational Qualification
Applicants should possess:
An engineering degree
OR
A Master’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Computer Applications, or Electronics
Experience
Previous experience is not mandatory. However, relevant academic, research, teaching-support, or administrative experience will be an advantage.
Required Skills
Candidates should demonstrate:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good coordination and people-management abilities
Interest in research
Data compilation, analysis, and presentation skills
Report-writing ability
Capacity to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to analyse data using Excel or statistical software
