Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support the department through academic and administrative activities, including:

• Preparing course outlines, pre-reads, presentations, and teaching material

• Researching cases and articles for course development

• Coordinating with faculty and programme offices

• Uploading course content and reading material on the LMS

• Supporting assessment creation, evaluation, and grading

• Handling student queries related to assignments, exams, and coursework

• Assisting with revaluation requests and examination-related processes

• Attending academic sessions and workshops

• Supporting departmental events, conferences, meetings, and accreditation work

• Scheduling online sessions and coordinating with faculty and students

Educational Qualification

Applicants should possess:

• An engineering degree

OR

• A Master’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Computer Applications, or Electronics

Experience

Previous experience is not mandatory. However, relevant academic, research, teaching-support, or administrative experience will be an advantage.

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good coordination and people-management abilities

• Interest in research

• Data compilation, analysis, and presentation skills

• Report-writing ability

• Capacity to meet deadlines

• Ability to analyse data using Excel or statistical software
