Eligibility (as per notice)
- Law graduate from a recognized law school/college/university/institute in India, recognized by Bar Council of India, with not less than 55% marks in aggregate and eligible for enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Good working knowledge of computers.
- Citizen of India; not engaged/appointed/employed elsewhere on honorarium/payment/salary basis during engagement.
- Not convicted/involved in criminal case relating to offence involving moral turpitude; not facing disciplinary proceedings before Bar Council/other authority.
- Preference: Post Graduation Degree in Law or other relevant experience.
How to Apply
Submit duly filled application in prescribed proforma (Schedule-I, as attached in notice) at General Branch, South District, Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi through Receipt and Issue Branch (South District), Room No. 401, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi on all working days between 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM, latest by 20.11.2026 (Friday). Applications received after due date/time will not be entertained.
