Faculty members working in government universities or institutions may also be considered for appointment on deputation for a fixed term.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers an annual salary ranging from:

INR 30,000 to INR 45,000

The salary may be fixed above the minimum level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Additional benefits may include:

• University accommodation or House Rent Allowance equal to 25% of basic salary

• Employer contribution of 10% of basic salary toward the pension fund

• Cost of Living Increase, as approved from time to time

• Annual increment of 3% in basic salary

• Privileges and immunities under the SAU Act, 2008, and the Headquarters Agreement

Salary and allowances are exempt from income tax.
